CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and ours — please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit, and will require a new deposit to rebook. Cancellations after the 48 hour window will also require you to pay 50% of the service. No-shows are subject to a charge 100% of the scheduled service at our discretion. By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that deposits are non-refundable.
