CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours — please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit, and may require a new deposit to rebook. No-shows are subject to a charge of 50–100% of the scheduled service at our discretion. By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that deposits are non-refundable.
